To enhance document workflow efficiency, the V-Desk system is equipped with an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tool that goes far beyond traditional OCR capabilities. AI OCR in V-Desk can:

which is a library of ready-made processes that we call applications.

V-Desk and V-Desk GA can be combined
The two systems can complement each other perfectly. On the technical side, the two implementation models share exactly the same components and there are no differences between them. One typical approach is to use the applications included in V-Desk GA as complementary processes to the main business and to implement a dedicated V-Desk.
For example, it is possible to order a V-Desk system without correspondence circulation and e-Delivery integration and include correspondence circulation with e-Delivery integration from the V-Desk GA application gallery.
