During the gala celebrating the 33rd anniversary of the Wielkopolska Capital Club (WKK), we were honoured with the title of ‘Employer of Choice’. In addition, Adam Tychmanowicz, President of Primesoft Polska, received the Honorary Badge of Merit for the Development of the Greater Poland Region, presented by the Deputy Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship.

The WKK is one of the key business organisations in our region, bringing together leaders of the Greater Poland business community for more than three decades. For this reason, winning in the ‘Employer of Choice’ category is especially meaningful to us. We believe that a company’s success is built by its people, which is why we strive every day to create a working environment based on mutual respect, collaboration, development and trust. This award is a source of satisfaction for us, but also a motivation to continue moving forward. On behalf of the company, the statuette was received by Filip Kolendo, Co-Founder, Vice President and CTO of Primesoft.
– This is a very meaningful distinction and a great signal that what we build together every day truly matters and is being recognised. The name of the award itself is also significant. Every employee has chosen and continues to choose to be part of Primesoft. After all, as the iconic line from the polish movie called ‘The Cruise’ goes: ‘No one is being held here at gunpoint – quite the opposite.’ Many of us have been on this deck for 5, 10, 15, 20 years or more. Creating such an atmosphere has always been a priority. And I believe it is one of the best measures of Primesoft’s success,” – said Filip Kolendo after receiving the statuette.
Honorary Badge
The Honorary Badge of Merit for the Greater Poland Voivodeship awarded to Adam Tychmanowicz is a recognition of his long‑standing contribution to the development of entrepreneurship, innovation and modern technologies. For more than two decades, the Chairman of Primesoft Polska has been co‑creating solutions that help organisations streamline business processes and successfully carry out digital transformation.
– This is an important moment for me, but above all a good opportunity to say thank you. Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with truly exceptional people. That is why I see this medal not as ‘my’ distinction, but as the result of our shared work, trust and the many decisions we have made together. I want to thank everyone who has supported me and continues to support me, for the conversations, the help, the patience, the energy and the belief in me at times when I had a little less of it myself – said Adam Tychmanowicz after receiving the Honorary Badge
