Description:
You will be responsible for the following:
-
client’s requests’ analysis and identifying the errors’ triggers
-
cooperation with programmers on elimination of the errors
-
cooperation with Clients on troubleshooting
-
realization of change requests and system’s development
-
updating the system and maintaining the updated server environment
-
modifications’/solutions’ developments cost estimation
-
creation of procedures and documentations updates
We are looking for the person with the following skills:
- a 2- year minimum experience working with customers, preferably in technologies
- SQL basic knowledge
- working knowledge of log analysis
- Windows and Linux server environment
- reads technical documentation in Polish and English
- perfectly manages tasks and work items
- has analytical skills
The following would be an asset:
-
knowledge of JS/PHP
-
knowledge of www system’s architecture (Apache, Tomcat, data base)
-
knowledge of SVN or GIT
-
experience in tickets systems like OTRS
